Practice and reflections on adult higher education

成人教育工作有其自身特点和规律，而且随着教育改革的不断深化，成人教育工作又出现了许多新情况、新问题。笔者通过几年来成人教育工作的实践，从六个方面阐述了如何遵循成人教育工作规律，更新观念、转变思想，适应成人教育改革发展的新形势，求得一所地方性、专科性高等学校成人教育生存和发展的体会。

Adult higher education has its own characteristics and new issues are also emerging as its reform deepens. This paper is a summary of the reflections of the author, after years of practice in this field,on ways to better suit the new situation of adult higher education by following its own rules and opening mind so as to win opportunities of development and survival for regional adult higher education institutions.
