文化是一个历史范畴，也是一个民族的精神命脉和生存根基。失去了文化身份和特征的族群，仅仅是“人口”，根本谈不上是独立的民族。当今世界范围内的“全球化”趋势并不意味着民族文化的消亡。世界上每个民族都在努力维护自己的文化身份和权力，发达国家及民族如此，发展中国家及民族更是如此，这是事关国家与民族利益的“软权力”之争。

Culture belongs in the field of history.It is the spiritual lifeblood and the subsistence basis of all ethnic group. Deprived of the cultural identities ad traits,an ethnic group would not exist as an independent nationality in the world.The present trend of globalism does not mean the vanishment of mational culture.Every ethnic grorp in the world is making an effort to maintain its own identity and authority,which concerns the'soft power'of the nation and nationality.
