我国加入 WTO在即 ,届时 ,高等教育将是我国教育开放的主要领域之一 ,我国高等教育管理既面临严峻的挑战 ,又有着难得的改革机遇。我国应积极寻求对策 。

China is on the threshhold leading into WTO.Higher education will become one of the major fields open to WTO.There will be good opportunities as well as severe challeges to China's higher education administration.To meet the challenge,we must be active in designing some possible countermeasures.
