The internal relationship and difference of Valence Bond Theory ,Hybrid Orbit Theory,and Valence－ Shell Electron－ Pepulsion Theory and Molecular Orbital Theory was fond out by analyzing and discussing their basic view and applicability.Meanwhile,the application range and restriction of each theory was discussed in this article.
