Quality education and college physical education

高校教育是素质教育的最后阶段，有着更进一步提高学生综合素质的作用。高校体育也不例外，它具有与社会生活衔接的特点，本文通过对高校体育在素质教育中的地位、作用；素质教育对高校体育工作者提出的新的要求，以及如何运用素质教育的原则促进高校体育教学的阐述。来使我们清醒地认识到，在当前转变教育观念的形势下，如何搞好高校体育工作。

As the last stage of quality education, higher education bears the task to promote the overall quality of the students. So does college physical education, which serves as the linkage with the social life. This paper is an analysis of the position and function of college physical education in quality education, the qualifications required for the college PE teachers to implement quality education and the methods of applying the principles of quality education to promote college PE.
