从英语听说能力的培养看素质教育

Quality education viewed through the perspective of training listening comprehension and speaking ability

本文从素质教育的必要性，现实性以及目前英语教学中存在的现状和问题，并针对所存在的问题提出了具体改进的方法和意见等几个方面论述英语素质教育的重要性。即，英语素质教育的关键，主要体现于英语听说能力的培养。

A presentation of some specific ways and suggestions to solve the current problems in English teaching, from the points of view of the necessity and possibility of quality education, and an analysis of the importance of quality education in English teaching, this paper argues that the key to implementing quality education in English teaching is the training of listening comprehension and speaking ability.
