元杂剧中反映作者对法律思想反思和探索的作品很多 ,“人治”思想是清官戏出现的文化根源。本文从法与礼、法与情、法与智、法与用这四个层面探讨了元杂剧中的司法实际及作者对此的态度。

There are a lot Dram as in the Yuan Dynasty,which express writers thought and reflection on L aw. First,we m ake a search in traditional culture of law,finding that the idea of“rule by people”is the reason of Dramas on upright offical.We also research lawful pracitce and writers'attitude towards law.
