论《道德经》中“道法自然”思想对当代可持续发展的启示

On Revelation of the Thought “the Dao Emulates Nature” in Dao De Jing to the Sustainable Development at Present

目前 ,人类已经认识到人类在大自然中的可持续发展 ,是人类与自然共存的必由之路。先哲老子主张顺应、尊重自然规律 ,与大自然和谐共处的“道法自然”思想 ,对当代可持续发展思想来说 ,包含着深刻和丰富的营养。例如 ,“知常曰明”意即人类认识了天地万物相互运动变化的规律 ,才叫明智 ,这可以说指出了可持续发展理论的环境观的根本内涵 ;“知和曰常”意即保持阴阳交合达到和谐与平衡状态 ,才可以在自然中生存和发展 ,这可以说指出了可持续发展理论应树立的人地关系观念 ;“知止不殆 ,知足不辱”意即对利益、财富的攫取应在度的范围之内 ,超过度就会适得其反 。

At present human beings have already realized that the people's sustainable development in Nature is the only way in which man and nature coexist. Lao Zi,A Chinese sags of the past,advocated the thought “the Dao emulates what is natural to it”,by which human beings comply with and respect the natural law and coexist with Nature in harmony,that embodies profound and rich nutrition for the thinking of the present sustainable development. For instance,the saying “to understand the always-so is to be illumined” means that it is wise when human beings understand the law in which works of God intermove and change. This can be said to point out the fundamental connotation of the environmental outlook of the sustainable development. The saying “to understand such harmony is to understand the always-so” means that only when human beings heep yin in harmony with yang can they survive and develop in natural circumstances. This can be said to point out the conception that the theory of sustainable development should establish the relationship between man and nature. The saying “Who stops in time nothing can harm;be content with what you have and are,and no one can despoil you” means that what human beings grab the interest and wealth should be within limit;it is just opposite to what one wished if beyond the limit. This can be said to point out that the theory of sustainable development demands that human beings should have the conception of conduct controlled by certain reason.
