发展生态经济是 2 1世纪可持续发展的必然趋势 ,也是山西未来发展的自身需求和必然选择。本文提出了山西生态经济发展的重点是 :加快高新技术发展 ,推进生态农业产业化 ;建设山西清洁能源区 ,发展清洁能源产业 ;加强环境治理和保护 ,大力发展环保产业 ,提高管理水平 ,为生态经济发展提供政策保证。

This paper expounds that developing ecological economy is the inexorable trend of sustainable development in 21 st century,and is self-requirement and inevitable selection of Shanxi's future development,too.This paper points out keynotes of developing Shanxi's ecological economy.These keynotes are speeding up the development of high-tech for promoting industrialization of echo-agriculture,constructing Shanxi clean energy zone for developing industry of clean energy,making great efforts to develop EP industry and increasing managerial level and providing policy guarantees for strengthening environmental protection and treatment.
