文章阐述了在市场经济条件下 ,我国企业实行股份制的客观必然性 ,提出企业实行股份制应遵循的基本原则 ,及如何正确处理国家股、企业股、职工个人股的投资比例问题。

This paper analyses the objective necessity of practicing joint-stock system in our country's enterprises under market economy conditions,puts forward the basic principles should be followed by enterprises in practicing joint-stock system,and expounds the methods of handling correctly the problem of proportional investment among state stock,enterprise stock and workers'personal stock.
