文章针对目前中小企业日渐萎缩的状况 ,提出必须重点突出结构调整主线 ,攻克企业机制、债务、冗员三大难点 ,标本兼治 ,放开搞活 ,促进企业深化改革 ,才能使中小企业走上健康发展之路。

In the light of the situation that the minor enterprses are getting more and more contract recently,this paper puts forward that only when minor enterprises lay stress on structural adjustment,overcome three difficulties of mechanism,debt and redundant personnel,treat both principal and secondary aspects,loosen and enliven enterprises themselves and promote the deepening of enterprses' reform,can minor enterprises go on the way of healthy development.
