对 1990年与 2 0 0 0年妇女病普查结果进行比较分析 ,结果 :妇女患病率明显下降 ,阴道炎、宫颈糜烂、妇女“两病”发病率明显减少 ,但乳腺疾病、性疾病发病率明显上升。提示 :要加强妇女保健工作的宣传力度 ,提高妇女的自我保健意识 ,重视乳房保健 ,注意性疾病传播 ;对已婚妇女定期进行检查 ,做到早发现 ,早诊断 ,早治疗 ,定期随访。

This paper makes comparative analysis on investigation results of women’s diseases in the yesrs of 1990 and 2000.Results:Women’s morbidity decreaes obviously. The morbidity of vaginitis and cervical erosion reduces obviously, but the morbidity of mastosis and venerism increases obviously.Prompt: The propaganda work of women’s health protection should be strengthened and the women's cosciousness of self-health protection should be increased. We should pay attention to breast health protection, guard against venerism spreading, and mske regular check up for married women in order to find a disease early, make a diagnosis early and receive a treatment early, Besides, We should make regular visit to women patients after they are discharged from hospital.
