Management Culture and Culture Management

管理文化是世界文化体系的一部分 ,随着社会经济发展而不断演变 ,管理模式和内容也出现了新的特点。本文粗略地考察了东西方管理文化的演变过程 ,从管理对象———人的属性假定出发 ,提出现代管理应将“经济人”和“社会人”上升到“文化人”高度。相应地 ,提出了文化管理的模式 ,并考察了它的内容和特征。

Management culture is a part of the world cultures. With the development of society and economy, the model and content of management culture is changing. This article inspects roughly the evolution of the eastern and western management cultures. Based on the presumption of the object people, this paper proposes that economy people and society people should transfer to culture people in modern management and puts forward correspondingly culture management.
