论西部大开发中的对外贸易问题

On Foreign Trade in the Development of Western China

文章通过对当前西部地区对外贸易存在的问题和比较优势的分析 ,提出西部大开发中的对外贸易策略 :发展有地区特色的出口贸易 ;培植对外贸易新的增长点 ;发展边境贸易 ;加快对外贸易人才的培养和加强基础设施建设投入等 。

Through the analysis of the problems and advantages in the present foreign trade in western China,the paper puts forward some corresponding strategies:(1)developing the export trade with local characteristics;(2)bringing about new increases;(3)improving border trade;(4)quickening the training of the professionals of the foreign trade;(5)strengthening the investment of infrastrucfure.All strategies will eventually guarantee the sustainable growth of the foreign trade in western China and quicken the development of that part of the country.
