离心风机堆焊焊条组织和耐磨性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对电站锅炉离心风机常用的3种耐磨堆焊焊条进行试验研究。结果表明,在冲蚀磨损条件下,3种焊条的耐磨性有明显不同,Cr-W-V焊条的耐磨性优于Cr-Mo-Si和高铬铸铁焊条;堆焊层的耐磨性随冲蚀角度而变化是风机叶片不均匀磨损的主要原因;堆焊层硬度与耐磨性无简单对应关系,不宜作为堆焊条设计和选择的主要依据。 Three kinds of wear-resistant hardfacing electrodes often used for centrifugal fans of utility boilers are investigated. The results show that these electrodes are dramatically different in wear-resistance under the condition of erosion. Cr-W-V electrode shows higher erosion-resistance than Cr-Mo-Si and high chromium cast iron electrodes.The erosion-resistance varies with the erosive angle and this is a main reason for uneven wear of fan blades. The erosion-resistance of hardfacing overlay has not a simple relation with its hardnessconsequently the hardfacing overlay cannot be regarded as a main basis for the design and selection electrodes.
