摘要
针对汉川电厂300 MW电站锅炉存在的过热器爆管和受热面磨损泄漏等问题，进行了模化试验和现场试验研究，提出燃烧器“反切”改造，加装导流板、阻流板及防磨板等改造措施，使锅炉运行可靠性大大提高，取得了很好的经济效益。
The bursting of superheater tubes and wearing－leakage of heating surface etc． problems existed on the 300 MW boilers in Hanchuan Power Plant．Through the modeling test and on－site experiment employing ″counter－tangent″burners and installing guiding plates choke plates and wear prevention plates etc． retrofitting measures were put forward and fulfilled with reliability of boiler greatly improved and good economic benefit obtained．
