摘要
针对汉川电厂300 MW电站锅炉存在的过热器爆管和受热面磨损泄漏等问题,进行了模化试验和现场试验研究,提出燃烧器“反切”改造,加装导流板、阻流板及防磨板等改造措施,使锅炉运行可靠性大大提高,取得了很好的经济效益。
The bursting of superheater tubes and wearing-leakage of heating surface etc. problems existed on the 300 MW boilers in Hanchuan Power Plant.Through the modeling test and on-site experiment employing ″counter-tangent″burners and installing guiding plates choke plates and wear prevention plates etc. retrofitting measures were put forward and fulfilled with reliability of boiler greatly improved and good economic benefit obtained.
