摘要 一台日产30 MW灯泡水轮发电机在投产仅28 d 后,转子全部磁极和阻尼绕组就彻底损坏报废。简要介绍这起事故的特点和损坏情况,重点分析引起此次事故的设计制造、机械和电气作用方面的原因,列举了损坏照片、试验数据、分析计算资料等,明确事故的根本原因是由于阻尼绕组固定结构设计制造错误导致机电共振疲劳断裂。同型机加固处理后运行表明,分析是正确的,处理措施是适当的。 A 30 MW bulb type generator made in Japan was damagd after 28 days of putting into operation. This paper introduces the circumstances of damaged damping winding and magnetic pole in the bulb type generator. The cause of the accident is analyzed and the photo for the damage testing data calculation documents are given. The root reason for the failure is that the design and manufacture of fixed structure for damping winding were incorrect and led mechanical fatigue of fixed structure to breaking.
