The principles of on－line performance testing and working parameters testing by using NSH on－line safety valve calibrator are briefed． On－line performance testing working parameters testing and on－line setting of safety valve under the operating condition of boiler can be completed within 2～5 seconds by using such kind calibrator． Practical application shows that safety and economy benefits are remarkable．
