寓文化教育于语言教学之中

Cultural Education to be Achieved in Language Teaching

本文就文化教育与语文教学之间的关系问题从两个方面阐述了英语教师在教学中的作用 :一是要发现学生在英语实践中常犯的文化错误 ;二是要通过分析英汉两种语言在日常生活、文字及文体布局中的不同的文化特点 。

From the angle of the relationship between cultural education and language teaching,this article deals with the role of English teachers in classroom teaching in the following two aspects:on the one hand,the teacher should watch out for the cultural mistakes of students are frequently making in their English practice.On the other hand,teachers should show students how to use English properly in their English practice on basis of analyzing different characteristics of English and Chinese in daily practice,in word utilization and in style arrangement.
