摘要
电磁泵结构简单 ,操作容易 ,发展前景十分广阔。本文对一种电磁泵的吸力和反力特性进行了探讨。对这种没有对恃磁极面的电磁系统进行磁导、磁路、吸力计算 ,用计算与实验结果对照方法 ,确定衔铁振幅 ,并推导出一套在交错磁极面上的吸力计算公式。设计新型电磁阀宜采用没有对恃磁极面的电磁系统 ,能适应 10 0次 /秒的阀门 ,结构坚实 ,功率大。
The structure of an electromagnetic pump is simple,easy operation and development prospect is very broad.The paper makes an approach to suction force and counter- force features of an electromagnetic pump.For magnetic conductance,magnetic circuit and suction force of the electromagnetic system of the no opposite magnetic pole surfaces are calculated.An Armature amplitude is determined by compared calculation with experimental results,and developed calculated suction formulas of alternate magnetic pole surfaces.For designing a new electromagnetic value,it is best to use an electromagnetic system of no opposite magnetic pole surface,It is suitable for the value of10 0 times/ sec,the structure is solid and power is high.
