摘要
本文重点介绍了在隔爆型铸铁壳体上多个进出线螺纹孔的加工 ,因丝锥攻丝的受力情况 ,螺纹孔与密封圈配合孔的同轴度不能满足加工要求。应用了专用系列丝锥后 ,取得了很好的效果。
This paper presents machining of inlet- outlet lines screwed holes on explosion- proof castiron housing.with forced conductions,the axiality of the screwed holes matched with the seal ring holes can not meet the needs of machining reguirents.After the speical series screwtaps are used,good results have been achieved.
