Huang Kecheng is an excellent high general in rank both in military and politics. During the period of the Northeast Revolutionary War, he played an important role in formulating and capturing the Northeasten strategic principles of our Party, marching into the Northeast and funding the solid base areas, until revoluting the Northeast. He devoted his intellegence and wisdom to the liberation of the Northeast.
