摘要
本文论述90年代以后原子核物理学的前沿研究领域。在核内亚核子自由度、相对论重离子碰撞和“传统”核物理研究三者之中,“传统”核物理仍占有重要地位。它将在核系统的激发能、角动量和同位旋三个自由度深入进行。对有异常中子与质子比值的“新奇”核的多侧面研究,将对核性质提供许多新知识,这是今后低能加速器上核物理的主要研究方向。串列加速器在“传统”核物理研究中是有力的工具。中国原子能科学研究院的HI-13串列加速器是一台高效运行的设备。文中提出一个发展与提高该加速器的计划,使该实验室有可能迎接核物理发展的挑战和保持国际竞争能力。
The fronties of nuclear physics in 90's have been discussed. Among the study of sub-nucleon degree of freedom in nuclei, Collision of relativistic heavy ions and the 'traditional' nuclear physics, the later will keep its important position. It will be fully exploited according the degree of freedom of excitation energy, angular momentum and isospin of the nuclear system. The multi-facet study of the nuclei with abnormal ratio of neutron to proton-'exotic nuclei' will provide a great deal of knew knowledge to the nuclear system. This will be the main tandency of the development of the nuclear physics research at low energy accelerator.Tandem accelerator is a powerful facility for the 'traditional' nuclear physics research. The HI-13 tandem accelerator of Chinese Institute of Atomic Energy is a well equipped and high efficiency facility. A project for its upgrad and development has been proposed, it will stregthen its capability in meeting the challenge of the development of nuclear physics research and keeping its position in the international competation.
