摘要
建立人民生活质量指标体系既是对改革开放 2 0年来社会经济发展的历史总结 ,也包含了中国未来发展的合理预见。人民生活质量指标体系必须以科学的理论为指导 ,将理论、实践与发展有机结合 ,其中包括人本社会发展理论、市场经济理论、系统工程理论、可持续发展理论等。
The establishment of indicators of Quality of Life is not only a trace of China's social and economic development, but also a rational expectation for China's future development. For its obvious practical significance, the indicators of quality of life should be oriented by scientific theories, such as human development theory, market economic theory, sustainable development theory, and so on.
