浅谈新闻作品著作权问题的三个认识误区

新闻侵权问题研究，是现代新闻理论研究中的一个重要课题。但作为新闻侵权理论研究重要组成部分的新闻著作权问题，却未能得到法学界和新闻界的足够重视。原因就在对于新闻著作权的三个认识误区：新闻作品独创性、时事新闻概念和平衡利益原则。

Researching on the infringement of news repotr is an important task of the theory of the modem news. But as an important part of it, the copyright of news report hasn't been paid attention sufficiently by the laws and the press. The author analyses the three errors of understanding about it in this article. The author hopes it can lead to a discussion in academic circles.
