Network and Modernization or Editting Work

随着全球化、信息化的日益加快和知识经济时代的到来以及网络技术的普遍推广和运用，传统的编辑出版业受到了巨大的冲击。尤其是作为传送各种科学信息、交流最新学术动态的学术期刊，也面临这一机遇和挑战，同时对编辑工作提出了更高的要求。在这种背景下，就必须使期刊编辑工作现代化，把电脑网络技术和编辑工作有机地结合起来，调整和改变编辑工作的传统模式，更好地利用网络技术手段为编辑工作提供快捷、准确、有效的服务，另一方面也对提高编辑人员的素质和工作效率起到积极的作用。

With the acceleration of globalization and informationization and the spread of net technology, the traditional editorial work is meeting with great challenge. Especially, the acdemic journal which exchanges the scientific information and the latest acdemic development is also meeting with the great chance and challenge, and it also demands more about the editting work. Therefore, we must adopt the net technology and modernization into the editorial work, adjust and change the traditional model and make full use of network technology which provides quick, accurate and efficient service and plays an active part in raising the staff's quality and efficiency.
