摘要
提出了一种改进型倍流整流电路ZVSPWM全桥变换器 ,在较宽负载范围内实现主开关管的ZVS。由于漏感小 ,无占空比丢失 ,输出整流二极管在零电压条件下实现换流 ,因此无次级尖峰电压。详细分析了该变换器的工作原理 ,仿真和实验结果验证了该变换器的可行性。
An improved ZVS PWM full bridge converter using a current doubler rectifier is proposed in this paper, which achieves ZVS in a wide load range. The converter has neither duty cycle lossing because of low leakage nor secondary voltage spikes due to the output diode commutation prior to switching the primary voltage to the other rail. The operation principle of the converter is analyzed in detail. Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the principle.
