Comparison of Three Kinds of BUCK Resonant PWM DC/DC Converters

谐振型PWM软开关变换器具有工作频率高、效率高、电磁干扰小、控制和调节特性好等优点 ,已经成为软开关变换器的研究热点。以三种谐振型PWM软开关BUCK电路为例 ,从拓扑结构、开关损耗及电压电流应力等几方面进行分析比较。

Great attention is paid to the research on the resonant PWM soft switched converters because of its high operating frequency, high efficiency, low electromagnetic interference, and a good property of control and regulation. The comparison between three kinds of BUCK resonant PWM Soft Switched converters is made in the aspects of circuit topolgy, switching losses, voltage and current stress.
