依法治校中的法制瑕疵

Law blemish of running a school by law

依法治校是学校管理现代化的客观趋势 ,但是在学校规章、制度的制定、执行与监督环节上 ,都存在着一定程度的与法律规定或法制理念的悖离。解决的方法只能是在法制的视野中重新审视学校的各项规章、制度及其运作的全部环节 ,并且进行相关的管理体制和用人制度的改革。

Running a school by law is an objective tendency of the mordernization of school management.But in practice ,there are still some conflicts between the school regulations and the content or the ideas of law in each link when these rules are made,carried out and supervised.The solution is to review each regulations itself and the whole course in which these rules are conducted from the side of law and perform the reform of relative management system moreover.
