摘要
在商业化运作的情况下,时限不再仅仅是衡量邮政产品质量与服务水平的一个重要指标,而且已成为寄递业务市场竞争的焦点。因此,合理确定邮件的传递时限标准,也就成为邮政企业和用户共同关心的首要问题。本文从总结和分析邮政企业的实际情况出发,探讨了制定邮件传递时限标准的两种模式。
Under the condition of commercial operations , time limit is not only an important index which is applied to evaluate post production quality and service level , but has also been the focus of competition on post service market . Thus , rationally deciding time limit standard for mail transmission has become the first problem mutually cared by post enterprises and consumers. Based on summary and analysis of the actual conditions of post enterprises , this paper proposes two models of making time limit standard for mail transmission.
