电缆应力控制管介电性能测试的新方法

A New Measurement Method of Dielectric Properties of Cable Stress-Controlled Tube

在以往的电缆应力控制管检测中 ,常选用的方法为将应力控制管剖开、压平 ,再贴电极进行测量其相对介电常数与损耗因数。本文采用一种新的测试方法 ,避免繁琐的剖开、压平与贴电极过程 ,实现对应力控制管进行直接的介电特性测试 ,且测量误差小于 3%。

With the common measurement method of the dielectric loss(tanδ) and dielectric constant(ε) of the cable stress controlled tube,we have to cut the tube open,flat the sample and stick electrode on it,So as to damege the tube and complicate the measurement.So the method is merely suitable for sampling measurement.In this paper a new measurent method of tanδ and ε of the tube is introduced. With the new method,we measure the tube directly and need not damage it.The measuring error of the method is less than 3%.
