摘要 介绍一种基于高风温无焰燃烧原理的新型锅炉 ,探讨在炉膛内实现高风温无焰燃烧的途径及锅炉烧嘴的布置方式 ,分析锅炉特点和开发的技术路线。该种锅炉关键是应用一种基于分区燃烧和烟气再循环的蓄热式烧嘴。烧嘴蓄热体吸收具有炉膛温度的烟气显热 ,产生接近炉膛温度的高温空气。烧嘴可集中或对称布置 ,设置于炉外或炉墙内。锅炉具有高效节能、低NOx 污染和结构紧凑等特点。 A new type boiler based on the principle of high air temperature flame-free combustion has been introduced. The ways for realizing the said combustion in the furnace and the arrangement of fuel nozzles of the boiler have been discussed. The features of said boiler and the technical routes for its development have been analyzed. The heart of said boiler is the application of recuperating type fuel nozzles based on the partitioned combustion and the recirculation of flue gas. The matrix of said fuel noozzles absorbs the sensible heat of flue gas with furnace temperature, producing high temperature air with almost identical temperature in the furnace. The fuel nozzles can be concentratively or symenetrically arranged, installing in the outer space of a furnace or in the furnace walls. The said boiler has many advantages, such as high efficiency, energy-saving, low emission of NO x pollutants, and compact structure etc.
