In the history of contemporary academic research,Pan Xiaolong's study of “Chu Poetry” is striking.Pan Picks up the hot points and difficult aspects of Qu Yuan's life story and his works and has made painstaking efforts and frontier research on them.He has managed to make progresses in difficult problems,which manifests his unparelleled dominating power and penetrating vision of academic pursuit.For more than ten years,Pan has insisted on working hard,meditating about some difficult problems and perfecting his points of view and finally producing a series of essays on many special subjects.In pan's study,his methodology is upgraded to approaches of fallacy-verification,synthesis and synchronization,namely synchronic operation of ontological study and historical study.
