摘要
本文从教育实习的组织管理、过程安排及实习成绩的评价等三个方面对中国和博茨瓦纳两国师范院校的教育实习工作进行了比较 ,结果表明 :两国师范院校的教育实习工作各有特点 ,但博茨瓦纳的师范院校在对教育实习的整体设计、管理与控制上显得更加系统、严密。
In this paper we did a comparative study on teaching practice between Jingzhou Teachers College (JTC) and Lobatse College of Education(LCE). The study showed that both the two colleges had their own features in the management of teaching practice, but LCE did more systematically and rationally in the management of teaching practice than JTC.
