摘要
要使思想政治工作和德育教育工作真正有效 ,必须使精神激励和物质激励达到有机结合 ,共同作用。人的思想变化来源于对一定的物质、精神需求 ,把握精神和物质的平衡 。
To give effect to ideological and political work,moral education requires spiritual and material reward to be combined and made work together.People's ideological change originates from their spiritual and material demands.Therefore,to maintain the balance between spirtit and material is the basis and prerequisite to ideological and political work,and moral education.
