《法律基础课》要充分发挥其思想政治教育功效 ,必须明确该课程的唯一性质是思想政治教育课 ,其教学目的是为了培养大学生的法律意识和法制观念 ,其教学内容应是多学科的综合 ,要按“是什么”———“为什么”———“怎么做”的逻辑 ,科学地组织教学内容 ,并为此建立相应的师资、科研。

To make the Basic Course of the Law serve well for ideological and political teaching,it must be made clear that its mere quality is to instruct the ideological and political teaching ,its target is to cultivate the college students' sense of law and conception of governing by law ,its content is linked to many other branches of science that are arranged in such scientific and logic order as “What is it ”——“Why is it that way”——“How to do with it”,All this requires the establishment of corresponding faculty resources, scientific researching equipment and teaching methods as its guarantee.
