摘要
加油站是重要的石油工业前端设施,它具有位置分散、控制信号多样、本安等特点。加油站的控制系统对现场总线提出了新的挑战。本文利用LonWorks控制网络技术实现了对加油站系统的控制。本系统分成本站控制系统和站间通讯系统两部分。本站控制系统实现对本站的各种设备的控制和数据采集。站间通讯网络实现各个分散的加油站和公司总部以及供货商之间的通讯,从而实现了加油站的网络控制。本控制系统实现了加油站和公司各部门以及供货商之间的信息共享,在此基础上可以实现各加油站之间的资源统一调度。本控制系统减少了加油站控制系统的布线投资,保证系统的可扩展性和灵活性,最终减少运营成本。
Gas station is an important front-end of petrol industry with the features of decentralized location, various control signals and intrinsic safety. It presents a great challenge to FCS. This paper introduces a new GAS station control system based on Lon Works fieldbus.This system comprises of local GAS station control system and inter-station communication system. Local control system involves the functions of controlling all the equipments and data acquisition. The inter-station communication system links up the GAS stalion,company head quarter and the providers. The realization of this scheme makes the information be shared among the stations, company and the providers. Based on this scheme, the integrated source scheduling is achieved. This system has the advantages of less cabling,good flexibility and low costs.
