On Legal System and Civilization

法是社会文明的标志,是人类理性文明、道德文明、科学文明的体现。本文从权利与义务、公平与利益、法与科学三方面探讨和阐述了法制建设与精神文明的相互关系,从而为社会主义法制建设提供一些有益的对策。

Law is sign of social civilization, it is reflection of mankind reason civilizaton、moral cirilization、scientific ciril- ization. From rights and duties、 fair and interests、law and science, this paper probe into and clarify relations between con- struction of legal systen and spiritual civilization, in order to provide some beneficial countermeasure for constroction of so- cialist legal system.
