国有企业与合资企业技术创新管理能力比较研究

A Comparative Study on Managerial Competence of Technological Innovation between State-owned Enterprises and Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures

技术创新管理能力是企业进行技术创新活动的基本条件 ,从技术创新战略、技术创新激励、技术创新速度三个方面比较分析了国有企业和合资企业在技术创新管理能力上的差异 ,提出中国企业要更好地进行技术创新 ,就必须借鉴有益的经验 。

Managerial competence of technological innovation is the fundamental condition on which for enterprises to undertake technological innovation activities. From three aspects - strategy, motivation and speed of technological innovation, the differences of managing technological innovation between state-owned enterprises and Sinn-foreign joint ventures are dealt with in this paper. It is pointed out that in order for state-owned enterprises to carry out technological innovation, it is necessary to draw on useful experiences and to reform the existent governing structure.
