摘要
从行政学的视角 ,考察邓小平的领导艺术及其理论特色 ,主要包括长远的战略性 ,强烈的务实性 ,辩证的统一性 ,全面的开放性 ,深刻的人民性 ,独特的创新性等内容 ,以期深化对邓小平行政哲学的研究。
From and viewpoint of administrative science, the paper deals with Deng Xiaoping's leadership art and its theoretical traits, mainly involving its long-term strategy, strong practical orientation, dialectical uniformity, overall opening-up, deep concern for the people, unique initiative, etc. in order to deepen the study on Deng Xiaoping's administrative philosophy.
