民国混乱与混战的根源 ,人们已从不同的角度与侧面进行过探讨 ,但较少论及智囊这一团体在其中所起的作用。在中国古代 ,作为一个团体或个别人物 ,智囊颇受人们关注。民国智囊却因其表现欠佳而暗然失色。本文通过对智囊在民初重要政治事件中的幕后策划及其在其中的表现 ,论证民初政治从统一到分裂这一转变过程中 ,智囊充当了助产婆的角色。

The root of the chaos and tangled warfare in the initial period of the Republic Of China has been probed from different angles ang aspects .But the role brain trust played warfare has been rarely discussed. In ancient China, the brain trust, as a group or individually, had been paid considerable attention. But the brain trust in the period of the Republic of China paled into obscurity for its unsatisfactory performance. Nevertheless, We should pay due attention to the performance of the brain trust and the role it played in the politics of the initial period of the Republic of China. By discussing the brain trust's backstage planning for the important political events in this period, the thesis attempts to prove that the brain trust acted as a midwife in the politics of this period, which underwent a transformation from unity to separation.
