膜脂-膜蛋白相互作用研究及其在医学和农业上的应用 被引量:3

STUDY ON LIPID-PROTEIN INTERACTION OF BIOMEMBRANES AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN MEDICINE AND AGRICULTURE

摘要 膜脂-膜蛋白相互作用是生物膜研究的中心环节。我们分别从线粒体膜、支原体膜、叶绿体膜、红细胞膜及人工膜研究这一重要问题,并联系农业、医学实际研究植物抗冷性和细胞衰老的分子机制。通过五年的工作,发现膜脂能影响和调节线粒体H^+-ATP酶、莱氏衣原体ATP酶和叶绿体捕光色素复合体构象及活性;非双层脂、非双层脂结构对膜蛋白功能有明显影响;提出鉴定水稻抗冷性的有效指标,筛选出水稻育秧抗寒剂及中药抗衰老药物。 Study on lipid-protein interaction is one of the challenging projects in biomerabrane research. Studies on the effect of bilayer or non-bilayer phorpholipid on the structure and function of membrane proteins from mitochondria, mycoplasma and human erythrocytes have been carried out. Results show that the physical state of phospholipid could affect and modulate the activities and conformation of mitochondrial H^+-ATPase, Acholeplasma laidlawii ATPase and chloroplast light harvesting chlorophyll protein complexes LHC-II. The non-bilayer phospholipid (e. g. PE. MGEG)-protein interaction has also been investigated. Besides, on the basis of membran(?) research efficient plant cold resisters and tests for screening chilling tolerance of rice varieties have been developed. An anti-aging drug from Chinese medicinal herbs has been isolated and identified.
