一般而言,校园文化表现为由浅入深的三个层次:物质文化、制度文化和精神文化。其中精神文化是校园文化的深层内核,它是靠物质文化和制度文化为保证。本文初步探讨校园文化在高校人才培养中的重要作用。

In general,college campus culture can be divided into three layers from the elementary to the profound,that is,material cultute,system crltute and spirit culture.Among them the spirit culture is the deep layer,which depends on material eultute and system culture as its guarantee.This article trys to probe into the important role of college campus cul- ture in cultivating talents.
