摘要
首先分析了电子商务时代供应链与传统供应链的区别，提出电子商务时代的供应链是真正实现了集成化过程的供应链系统这一观点，接着概述了电子商务时代供应链系统的两个总体特征：高度集成化与高度敏捷化，最后重构了电子商务时代供应链系统的总体框架以及供应链系统的信息管理模式。
In this paper, differences between traditional supply chain system and supply chain system based on E - commerce are assayed, two general features of supply chain system based on E - commerce, high integration and high agility, put forward and the whole frame of the system as well as information management model is designed.
