探讨一种有效的客户关系管理方法,即企业通过建立多管道的方式来管理客户,对客户信息进行集成,有效实施多管道的客户关系管理,提高企业的竞争优势。
An effective way of customer relationship management is discussed in this paper, that is to say, an enterprise sets up multi - channels so as to manage customers, integrate customers' information and fulfil multi - channel customer relationship management effectively.
