摘要
以现代企业物流及供应链管理理论为指导，对当今建筑施工企业物流及供应链的管理现状做了具体分析，指出了在该领域影响企业发展的急需改革的关键问题，对有效供应链的设计、选择和管理做出了具体方案，并对建筑施工企业供应链管理的未来发展做出了展望。
Guided by the theories of modern enterprise logistics and supply chain management, the paper analyses the present situation of logistics and supply chain management in a construction engineering enterprise, points out the key problems affecting its development and makes out a concrete plan for design, choice and management of an effective supply chain.
