妇女专业合作社发展初探——以山东省潍坊地区两家妇女专业合作社为例

A Preliminary Study on Women's Cooperatives

本文以潍坊地区两家妇女专业合作社的个案调查为例 ,对妇女专业合作社的组建、 运行机制以及制度安排特征进行初步的分析和探讨 ,并认为 ,建立起合作社与政府的良性 互动关系是合作社成功的基础 ,具有企业家精神的合作社领导人是合作社成功与否的关 键 ,确立适合农村妇女特点的生产经营项目是妇女合作社成功的前提 。

Based on the case studies of two women's cooperatives in Weifang district, the paper made a preliminary analysis on the institutional arrangements and the operational mechanism of women's cooperatives. The paper considers that the found healthy relationship between cooperatives and governments is the basic factor for the success of women's cooperatives, the entrepreneur leaders is the key factor for the success of women's cooperatives, setting up the suitable business that fits women labors' special characters is the premise for the success of cooperatives, and making good use of the women's organizations at different levels is the guarantee for speeding up the development of women's cooperatives.
