摘要
本文采用显微红外技术在微型马达轴上原位检测出了污染物的红外谱图,和工艺中用到的四种物质比较,确定了污染物是其中的一种粘合剂,和传统的把污染物清洗下来的检测方法比较,既避免了交叉污染,又减少了样品处理的麻烦,是一种快速、准确、简捷的方法。
The IR Spectra of Contamination on the micro- motor's shaft was measured using micro- FTIR technology, and compared four samples used in the process, confirmed the contamination one of those. The testing method avoids cross pol-lution and cuts down sample processes comparing with the conventional method, ant it is a quick, accurate and simple method
