摘要
根据近年相关文献报导 ,本文阐述了以环糊精为主体分子对客体分子的包埋模式 ,系统地介绍了环糊精及其衍生物在制药学。
According to recent year’s reports , this paper formulate inclusion mould of the host molecules to the gust molecules ,and interpret the applications and the development of cyclodextrins and its derivate in the biological field of medicine science、mimics enzymes science and food science etc.
