摘要
研究了聚丙烯动态硫化体系及工艺对聚丙烯复合材料力学性能及熔体强度的影响 ,结果表明 :交联剂、交联助剂、改性剂、填充剂、喂料速度、加工温度是影响力学性能和熔体强度的主要因素。用双螺杆挤出机和动态硫化技术制备出了综合力学性能好。
The influences of dynamic vulcanization composition and processes of polypropylene (PP) on the mechanical properties and melt strength of PP composites were studied. The results showed that crosslinker, crosslink assistants, modifier, filler,feed rate and process temperature were the main factors affecting Izod impact strength and melt strength of PP composites. Dynamic vulcanization PP composites were prepared with twin screw extruder and dynamic vulcanization technology.
